The programs of the Developmental Disabilities Association are aimed at building successful communities.
Successful communities are noted for the acceptance and inclusion of persons of different needs and different cultures.
We believe that every person has the right to be included in a welcoming society-and we believe that all members of integrated communities benefit, through respect for diversity and recognition that each one contributes in a unique, individual way.
By valuing differences as well as similarities, we promote human rights for all.
We provide programs for individuals and families, across the life cycle, encouraging inclusive, successful communities.
